 Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be met by our team and transferred to your lodge in Arusha, a vibrant city nestled at the foothills of Mount Meru. Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Day 2: Tarangire National ParkÂ
Your safari begins in Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem known for its huge elephant herds and towering baobab trees. Enjoy a game drive through the diverse landscape, spotting lions, zebras, giraffes, and an abundance of birdlife.
Day 3: Tarangire to Lake ManyaraÂ
A scenic drive takes you to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions and thousands of flamingos. Explore the lush groundwater forest and open plains, encountering hippos, baboons, and leopards lurking in the shadows.
Day 4: Ngorongoro CraterÂ
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most spectacular wildlife havens on Earth. The crater floor is a natural enclosure for over 25,000 animals, including black rhinos, massive buffalo herds, and large lion prides.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Into the Wild
Head towards the legendary Serengeti, home to the Great Migration and vast open plains teeming with wildlife. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and witness predator-prey action unfold in this raw and untamed wilderness.
Day 6 & 7: Serengeti Exploration – Big Cats & Endless Plains
Spend two full days exploring different regions of the Serengeti, tracking cheetahs, leopards, and mighty lion coalitions. Depending on the season, you may witness the thrilling river crossings of the wildebeest migration or newborn calves in the lush southern plains.
Day 8: Serengeti to Ngorongoro – Cultural Experience
After a morning game drive, journey back towards Ngorongoro with an optional visit to a traditional Maasai village. Learn about their unique customs, dances, and warrior culture.
Day 9: Tarangire or Lake Manyara – Final Game Drive
Depending on your preference, enjoy another game drive in either Tarangire or Lake Manyara before returning to Arusha. Reflect on your incredible safari experiences before a relaxing evening.
Day 10: Departure – Farewell to the Wild
After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey, carrying memories of Tanzania’s stunning landscapes and incredible wildlife encounters.
